What is Mandala Art ?

Mandala Art and My Story  So, first of all what is Mandala Art ? A mandala is basically a complex abstract design that is usually circular in form. In fact, MANDALA is a Sanskrit word that means "Circle". Mandalas generally have one identifiable center point, from which emanates an array of symbols, shapes and forms. In essence, mandalas represent the connection between our Inner Worlds and Outer Reality. Designing your own mandalas can be both inspirational and therapeutic. Adult Coloring 💖

When we were children, we used to color coloring books but we've never seen adults coloring something. Infact I've never seen somebody coloring some patterns or coloring books in his teens or twenties. Anyways, how I found these Adult Coloring books and how I colored them?  So, almost 2 years back (2019) I was just searching for some art piece to create but then I saw some computerized coloring patterns. I clicked on to them and then the website of Amazing Adult Coloring patterns appeared. I loved all of them and searched the purpose of these Adult Coloring books. They've written that Coloring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain, the amygdala. It helps in reducing the stress and anxiety, improve motor skills and vision, improve sleep and focus.   I downloaded some Amazing patterns and took a print out, selected some color schemes according to my patterns.
